Law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with GOVERNING LAW of Victoria Australia, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

Product Use

Nu-Vet’s product range is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Seek veterinary advice before using any supplements. The rules of racing must be observed in each respective country.

Refunds Policy

Nu-Vet abides by all Australian laws in regards to warranties and refunds. Generally Nu-Vet products are non-refundable.

Delivery

Goods are shipped with Australia Post or alternative carries and please allow 7 -10 days for delivery to cover all possible regions of Australia. Please be aware that some countries charge taxes and duties on consumer products on entry and all such taxes and duties shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Credit Card Details: We accept Visa and Master Card. We do not store your credit card details on site or in our data base servers.
